PAYMENTS:
For the security and convenience of both our customers and our business, we only accept PayPal Goods and Services as our payment method. PayPal offers a trusted and secure platform for online transactions, providing buyer protection and ensuring that your personal and financial information is kept safe. We believe this allows us to offer a seamless, reliable shopping experience for all our valued customers.

RETURNS:

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of antiques, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all item descriptions, photos, and ask any questions before purchasing. 

Please note that our business operates exclusively online, and we do not maintain a physical storefront. All orders are processed and shipped directly from us here at Retro Rust LLC.

STORAGE & PICK UP:
Retro Rust does not have storage, so we generously offer to hold items for up to 48 hours (unless otherwise discussed with the owner). After 48 hours, the customer will be charged $5.00 a day for taking up precious square footage in our shop. If picking up the item on your own, please bring blankets, etc., for safe transport.

DELIVERY:

Shipping will be arranged upon request, and we are happy to provide you with tracking information once your items are dispatched. If you have any specific shipping requirements or questions, feel free to reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist.

SELLING ITEMS:
We take on full or partial estates and small items to offer a wide range of unique antiques for every collector.

DONATIONS:
Thank you very much, but we do not accept donations.

CONSIGNMENT:
As an online business, we take on antique consignments that match our curated selection and are well-suited for online sales, ensuring we can reach the right buyers and showcase each piece effectively.
